Where do you ship to?
We ship domestically within the USA, which includes places like Alaska and Hawaii.
Which carrier do you use?
We use the USPS to facilitate shipping. The methods we use, depending on the choice selected at checkout, are Ground Advantage, Media Mail, and First-Class Mail.
How can I track my order?
If your shipping method comes with a tracking number, send it to you via email. It can be checked directly with the USPS system here. USPS First Class mail does not come with a track number.
How long does it take to process orders?
After we receive your order, it will be processed within 0-2 business days and then promptly delivered to the post office. Processing for orders placed on Saturdays after 3pm PST may be delayed until the following Monday.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Typical USPS delivery times may range from 2-10 business days from the date that your order is dropped off at the USPS.
Refunds and Returns
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds within a 30-day window starting when you receive your order for damaged or defective items.
What about returns?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
